What You’ll Be Doing

The role’s purpose is to uphold and develop the company culture through coaching, influencing, advising and implementation of expertise on all aspects of people, culture and organisation, talent management, compensation and benefits, learning and development, organisational structure, culture and engagement.

The role will be leading the Talent Acquisition agenda for Spain & Portugal this can be done from the market or remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Responsible for finding, recruiting, hiring, and onboarding talented candidates for Avon, in all functions with focus on Sales & Marketing.
  • You’ll be working closely with our hiring managers and be in charge of planning, developing, and implementing Avon global talent acquisition strategies.
  • Ensure Inclusive hiring strategy
  • Standardize process and look for efficiencies across commercial markets
  • Responsible of student’s programs in each market

Engagement

  • Facilitate the engagement agenda in all markets, ensuring action planning processes.
  • Integrate Engagement culture in day to day actions
  • Lead, guide and support engagement teams in each market

Global Programs

  • Responsible to implement local policies coming from Centre (Volunteering, Menopause, etc.)
  • Coordinate markets participants in Global programs

Talent Management

  • Facilitate talent review preparation and follow-through, this could include, reporting, data gathering, facilitating meetings (with BP support) and ensuring agreed actions are completed
